Sonnet help for act 3?

okay so my duranged crazy pregnant english teacher is making us right a sonnet for act 3 for Romeo and Juliet. It has to be 14 lines abab cdcd efef gg. the last two lines has to be a cuplet which states the theme from the whole act. and the lines have to be in iambic pentameter. if you don't know what that is please just look it up. ha i don't know how to explain it. this is due monday and i really do need help with this. you don't have to write it for me i just need a little help. if you will help thankk you much :)
