I have an esophagus the size of a pea!?

WHY CAN'T SWALLOW ADULT ADVIL!!! ITS LIKE I HAVE A THROAT THE SIZE OF A PEA!!!!!! I am only 13 so i just make the brink of child advil but i can't live with that forever, and i am getting loads of feet, back, and stomach pains. And headaches. Since i recently got braces i need advil to ease the pain but when i use adult advil i can't swallow it with a drink or anything. I even tried cutting it up and eek! BITING IT! Gross! What can I Do? nothing works!
