My 87 prelude is making a clicking noise at the front wheels when turning?

I have a 87 prelude and when I'm at a standstill, turn the steering wheel in either direction and give gas, my front wheels are making a clicking noise until I straighten out the wheels. It only does this when I turn and at low speeds. What do I need to fix now and how much am I looking at? Thanks
