Ok this is unhealthy but i dont think it hurts me does it?

I don't think it sounds to good in my opinion. I believe what we do and how eat largely contribute to how healthy we are. Every day we should have a proper Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner now I'm not Mr. Healthy myself but I don't think you should be afraid of how much you eat because your not fat- Just keep the junk food to a minimum- Eat plenty of veggies and fruits- Drink Tea.
