i think yes because it has a good processor and a good graphics card very good amount ram , good video memory , it has a lot of good things that you need for a computer, if its a laptop and you want to webcam chat then to buy one seperatly is kind of a hle but if its a desktop then you can buy a fairly cheap webcam and it will still be good.
