Why some people say "No" to Proposition 19?

People getting mauled by a stoned driver don't want to hear that the driver was just doing legal things at a party and underestimated how stoned they were. They do not want nationalized health care forcing them to subsidize yet more lung damage, accidents and people committed to public care early because of the affects of years of being stoned.
