When dealing with temporary custody?
My ex was granted temporary custody because a false allegation of me neglecting her, which is not true..I am a single mom never married living at home with my parents, who has done it by myself for 4 years since my ex ran off with another woman when our daughter was almost 2 years old, she will be 6 this year; may in fact. and now I am proving that to them now; and how I am fighting for my daughter, I have to do things harder then my ex because unlike him I have to take buses to get everywhere some days its 6 buses, other days its 10 buses, or even 12 buses but I get it done!! is the key thing, I did all the required, 8 straight weeks of parenting cles, drug tests, cleaned up the whole house and clothes, I took the mental essments, I'm going to GED school and fixing to get a job, and try to find a place to live for me and the baby alone... Someone please tell me, cause My ex used to work for dcs and I think he's buddying up with them trying to get me back because he abandoned me and my daughter and was paying child support and now hes trying to turn the tables around by making more false allegations such as me threatening to hurt his mom, calling my daughter a liar, and bringing up the case, and which I didn't do any of this!!!, and now I'm told our house has recently came in contact with a lice infestation, What the hell did that come from?! I already cleaned house, sprayed it completely down, washed over 6 loads of clothes, and vacuumed the whole house... What else is left?? I raised my daughter since she was almost 2 years old never needing a man, until I felt she may need a father figure in her life; I was wrong I made a mistake but I'm willing to do anything to get her back; she hates it over her fathers house she told me shes scared, and wants to come back home... but I need help to figure out what can I do to bring her back? Its not a custody battle yet, and my ex is happy with whatever the judge decides, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! I'm getting a job and in ged school so is there anyone that can help?
