Canadian mormons....riddle me this?

What is your point exactly? Where the religion comes from is irrelevant, there's religious freedom in Canada. And I'm not sure what the second paragraph is going on about. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms applies to all Canadians irrespective of religion.
