Recently I decided to avoid all wheat products: bread, pasta, flour tortillas, cake, cookies, beer (made with fermented grains) - anything made with flour. Instead, I ate more fruits and veggies, even chocolate! Just by avoiding wheat products, I lost 2 sizes in 6 weeks, and was never hungry. I guess I have a sensitivity to gluten, and never realized it. It cost me nothing to try it, and I didn't make the doctor rich: no diet pills or meds. It may be worth a try for a couple months. If it works, great! If not, you still have a healthy diet. Hope it helps!
